I was pondering the potential mishaps that can occur while taking I-doser (I've not had a trip yet), and I stumbled upon this thought. What if the direction of your headphones (left side on left ear, right side on right ear and in reverse) could effect the effectiveness of the dose? I mean, theoretically, if you listen to an entire dose one way, then turn around your headphones and listen to the dose in reverse, could some sort of magnified effect be achieved? Perhaps even adverse effects. If someone would care to try this when they get a chance, I'd be delighted to see the fruits of your labor.

You should worry more about getting an effect and not about what can harm you m8, the question itself is good tho, will what he just said f##k up the effect if done reversed?

Haha, I didn't intend for that message to sound worried, I understand bad trips will happen and you have to accept them.

The left side of the brain is usually associated with creativity and visual/auditory perception. Perhaps if the wave is first interpreted on the right side of the brain and passed on to the left side of the brain to be interpreted again, it would have more of an effect than if you left side heard it first.

I think more research is in order.

Well, I suppose it depends on how your brain interprets the sounds. According to I-Doser 110hz and 100hz can become 10hz (I think), so I guess it depends on if it matters which ear hears which tone.
