Everyone, I insist that you absolutely MUST TRY THIS DOSE!!! I can NOT emphasize enough how good it makes me feel! It is absolutely AMAZING!
It takes away any hint of mental fog, elevates the worst negative mood, relieves anxiety, alleviates fatigue and exhaustion, and makes you feel sharp, focussed and clever, as well as capable and strong-willed. I just finished using it for the second time ever, and even more than the first time I feel like growling AHH! I am INVINCIBLE!!! Powerful and in control!
Note: You have to wait for at least five minutes AFTER the dose is complete in order to fully begin to gauge its effects. During the dose you may feel tired, you may not immediately feel your mood lifting, you may not be able to tell what the result will be, yet.
I know it says that this dose may strain the mind and soul, but it just makes me feel totally awesome. This is THE stimulant dose that I recommend. Where most others leave me slightly or even totally spent, this one works even if I've messed myself up from whatever else (including other doses)!
Rock On I-Doser!!! It's clear that this technology was developed with love.
CHAKRA!!!

In the thread "Entrainment In General", I outlined everything that I do to make sure the doses are effective.

If your problem, as you say, is falling asleep, then I can't really help you. I don't have that problem. I know others who always fall asleep, and the only advice I can think of is to do the doses when you're wide awake, and to keep your mind focussed on the sound rather than lost in it (though losing myself in the sound works best for me, since I can't sleep easily anyway).
As for random thoughts, those will arise naturally either way. Don't fight them, but whenever you become aware of them, clear your mind. Just let the thoughts go, and refocus your mind on the sound.
