Do Doses get stronger with experience?

If you've been listening to iDoser for years, would the effects be stronger or weaker than a person who's trying it the first time?

only a guess, but because the persons body/brain/whatever is more used to hearing the soundwaves i think that people with experience would probably get better results

I totally agree since I have been using one of my favorite doses for a while now, Divinorum and each time I use it the effects are much stronger....
But I noticed with a more spiritual or experimental dose the effects are always different. Like Chakra for me keeps doing something different each time...
