Would this affect my experience?

I have it on my ipod. But, I frst made it .wav then opened it in itunes, put it to my ipod, will that affect wheather or not I feel anything?

BTW Itunes converts it right away to mp3 or 4 or whatever they use.

as long as the file is wav it should be fine because it is very high quality. if it converted to mp3 it better not have any flaws or cracks cuz that can screw up a dose especially when it cracks and distracts you
