This has been my first successful dose. The trip wasn't that exciting, it just felt like I was on vicodin (go figure). I've been trying to have a successful attempt for 3 days, and several redoses. For those of you having trouble with getting these things started read the next stuff.

French Roast:
After having read http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=422 and reading a suggestion, I decided to start practicing my breathing with french roast. So I breathed in very slowly and counted down from 10 before I did french roast, and I actually did feel a little different as I walked around the house. Being an impulsive buyer and also thinking I had this down, I decided to buy Vico (reccomended to a user by Ness).

Vico:
I did this at night in my room at my computer desk. Starting off, I loaded Vico and closed my eyes. I breathed in 10 times very slowly and counted down in my head. I pressed play on Vico and closed my eyes again and I continued to breathe very slowly. Around 40 pct I felt my body get heavy (I've been on Vicodin before so I knew exactly when I could feel it). I kept breathing in slowly and by the time it ended I was feeling pretty damn good.

The main things to think about:
I would reccomend taking 10 slow breaths before you start, and count down from 10. (learned from Couch in http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=422)
I would also reccomend breathing slowly throughout your whole dose.
While I concentrated on my breathing, I didn't notice until around the end that I hadn't paid too much attention about the sound waves. I think if you just focus on something you will feel the effects. I also periodically looked at my door to see if anyone had come in, and checked my percentage.

Good luck, ask me if you have any questions.

You're welcome! :D I always recommend vico because it was the first dose that worked for me, works consistently for me, and is relatively simple in its effects.

Thanks!
I tried it, I turned on Vico, concentrated on my breathing, first nothing happend, but when I almost fell asleep, I got a big shock through my body, started shaking, breathing went bad and had almost couldn't close my eyes. My favorite dose at the moment, loved it...and damn now my head kinda hurts and sweating, but having it cold...weird shit..really. Thanks for the tip and Ness thanks for advicing Vico hehe.
