"Brain Freeze" is actually caused by the brain inadvertently overheating.
When you eat something that is very cold, the roof of your mouth can become cold also, and you're brain tries to counteract it by adding head to the brain (where it thinks the cold is).
You can cure it by pressing your tongue to the top of your mouth to warm it up again.
If you want to cause one (dunno why you would) just put an icecube to the top of your mouth.
I highly doubt binaural beats are capable of simulating this.
