Um, focus and concentrate? Don't think about stuff... alot like little motion pictures in your head or anything. IDK about this one but try to help your mind get into the trance (or something like that) state. I have ADHD so it's difficult for me to focus and concentrate on the beats for a long time, i usually start thinking of stuff and create little motion pictures of the day, i think you can talk to yourself in your head (i do... seems to help me not imagine things. Like i say to myself things like "focus on the hum" and "clear you mind" and when i feel that i'm in the 'trance' state i try to unduce different feelings like the swaying on a boat, etc.) Try to relax all your muscles, for some reason squinting with my eyes closed helps me concentrate.
All i can say is to keep trying and try to make your own technique that works best for you. Also meditation help.
And good news!! I finally got through a 45 minute dose with no imaginary movies in my head! IT'S A FIRST!!

I think that might be due to the fact that cigarettes relax you. (this is what I've always heard, I don't actually smoke cigs though, so...)SylverMaelstrom wrote:I find that if I have a ciggarette before I start It increases the effects a bit.
but that's just me.
Something about the nicotine I think??
