I have tried some doses and I have no effects, I do all like the post of 100% working doses tells, but nothing, only a little headache.

My headphones up the bass sound, in all, music, .... can more bass cancel the effect of a dose?

It may because it distorts the beats and can change the frequency of them. Try to find a way to enable them to be at normal bass when doing I-Doser and see if it works.
