I am quite new to idoser and just want to see if I can get some help or tips. I saw the "how to get idoser to work 100% of the time" and I thought those were ok ideas. I first want to know if I have to laydown and close my eyes when I listen to these...or if it is ok to do other things on the computer. Any tips on how to get these to work....better or at all?

First off, you've gotta relax. You can sit down in a comfortable position or lie down, and I personally feel that this one depends on the dose (I do the mellow one laying down, and the intense ones sitting).

One biggie is that you have to, HAVE TO be able to get into the dose. DOn't surf the net while listening and then wonder why it didn't work.

Really, you need to decide on your dose. What do YOU want out of I-Doser and all. There are plenty of topics describing each dose, so you shouldn't have much trouble there.
