ok so i got the CD after trying a couple free ones but nothing really full has happened yet. i just listened to the whole peyote track from the CD on my mp3 player but i just feel kinda heavy and disoriented. what do i need to do to get the full effect on all the songs on Recreational Simulations 1?

Look at all of the threads in the I-Doser support forum with your same problem.

yeah...i was looking at them right after i posted this haha. i just need to listen to it more and practice concentrating completley on the music cause my mind always wanders
