Hey, wasap! I am new to this forum, so just wanted to say hi to all my fellow e-drug users out there.
Although I am new to this forum, I have been using the i-doser program over at my cousin's house for some time now. I used the following techniques in the past with self-hypnosis, and have been able to greatly increase the effectiveness of doses by following these steps. Doses that didn't affect me began to work, and the ones that worked were stronger than ever. If anyone is interested in trying these simple steps, go ahead and report back to me in this thread.
1) Lie down where you normally administer the dose, hopefully within reaching distance of your computer. Same setting as recomended by the site: dim lights, quiet area, no distractions.
2)Before administering the dose, just lay there and relax. Allow your mind to clear and try not to think about anything.
3)Slowly relax every muscle in your body. Physically feel every single one relax, starting at your toes, working up your legs and body, down through your arms to your finger tips, up your spine, up your neck and head and finally your face. Again, physically feel each muscle relax and take your time.
4)Count slowly backwards from ten. With each number feel your mind and body relax even more. Just sink into your bed and relax, don't think about anything but relaxing.
5)Slowly and carefully reach over and activate your dose. Try not to move too much but stay in that relaxed state. Then, just listen to the dose like you normally would.
If you managed to stay awake through these extreme relaxation techniques, you should feel the dose working better than ever. I know this works for me, but it may not work for everyone. Again, please post your specific results here so that I know if it works. Good luck, and happy dosing!

I've tried to relax before taking the dose, but i couldn't really do it in an effective way, this sounds good.

i definately find lying down helps. altho i dont alwaysss close my eyes... but i feel it works better when they are closed. like i've been saying in other posts doses seem to affect me differently according to what mood/state im currently in... and if im sleeepy and i lay down and do one i just falll asleep or they dont have quiteee as much effect.
also.. i've tried it out on a range of different people.
my sister who suffers panic attacks reported that french roast which makes me feel happy and hyper ish just made her start to feel panicky... so to me that says a lot about the way her brain is wired and how different states affect the way she feels...
everyone is different so i feel this explains why some people report quite different experiences than other people on the same dose. if you're the paranoid type maybe its not good to go on a hardcore trip... but if you're happy go lucky it could well be very serene. lets do our OWN research on this shit. cos its so interesting the way different things affect different people and how they do...

I use these exactly techniques all the time, and that´s for a long time even before I knew about I-doser. They are very effective and should be consider (from my point of view) a MUST DO to reach the full potencial of I-Doser.
I have tried I-doser for many times with and without these techniques, and the difference is crucial.
People will never know untill they try and "get" this.
