Headaches and sweatiness

When I listen to doses even using a comfortable set of earphones, I get pretty annoying head aches even when listening to the anti-migraine or the sedative doses. Also, is it common for people to sweat alot while listening to doses? I'm very active and in great shape but I still manage to sweat alot

Sweating has nothing to do with being in shape, actually. Its usually just how much water you drink, or how big you are. I'm a pretty big guy and in good shape, but every day at football conditioning i sweat a hell of a lot...so yeah its probably just you. Whoa, im answering in reverse order... about the headaches, try listening to the doses where it's just loud enough for you to cleary hear everything, 40% or so.
