contrary to what the i-doser staff say, i-doser does work through speakers. my first, second and third time trying it were all through speakers when i had no idea that the program apparently "didnt work" through speakers. however the the pulsing sound you hear is the 2 different frenquencies coming through each channel seperatly, falling in and out of phase with eachother... thus creating that pulsing sound you hear the "binaural beat" which is how i-doser works. played through speakers the freqeuncies still fall in and out of phase with eachother and create exactly the same binaural beat having the exact same effect. it is illogical that the program "wouldnt work" through speakers. and besides i've tried french roast, black sunshine and lucid dream on them and man what a kick. the only thing i can think that might affect it slighty is the reverberations of the room? however the volume was up high and black sunshine gave me one hell of a ride and theres no "placebo" that could fake that. your comments would be appreciated.

sweet
i just tried it through speakers again for the first time since i switched to headhpones and i noticed that on headphones you hear in the background something that sounds like cicadas or a swarm of bees but through speakers thats replaced by a helicopter blade sound... very interesting. but heq yes it still works! have it up to a decent volume tho but not absolutely blasting!

It is possible that it can work in speakers if they are properly aligned with each ear, but it is more effective and easier to use headphones.

Deoxide you made me crack up when I read that! Hilarious! Lol But I've got to try it on speakers, I dunno though. My speakers are pretty wierd, and to get them aligned is going to be a bitch.

nah u gotta have like studio type speakers or really loud ones with good system so u can feel the vibrations but you also gotta be close to them and it should actually work a little

nah you dont have to have studio type speakers. but certainly decent ones. i just hooked my laptop up to my stereo
but where abouts you are situated in comparison with the speakers makes a big difference on how the dose affects you. but if you experiment you'll find what works and what doesnt. headphones are better but speakers are awesome if you have a few friends around

Hmm I see I've got to try it out. Since right now I don't have access to exactly the 'best' earphones. I have the most annoying earphones. @_@
