well a trance is where your body is asleep but your brain is awake.
there's a couple ways to enter a trance.
1. you can tell your body to go to sleep in your mind.
For example say "go to sleep body, stay awake brain".
2. you can stay really still and wait for it to happen,
keeping your brain occupied with songs etc.
3. you can listen to trance music.
4.the out of body dose will put you into a trance.

so basically take your pick.
if you go into a trance before you listen to delta,
the trance should become deeper.

p.s.
if you concentrate on the dose and let it fill your brain,
you will get much better results.

one last thing,
this is important.

the trance will make your body really stiff.
so dont move any body parts while in one.

it will be a little scary,
but just accept it and stay calm.

ps. i have a ton of trouble going to sleep.. A TON!.. but whenever i take a dose and only focus on the beats.. i black out or pass out... until 5-30 mins after the dose.. its weird.. even 10 min. ones qh's

I never had the sleeping during doses problem.

Ive heard if you do french roast before doses,

I wasn't aware that you can enter into a trance using delta. It's a dreamless state of mind that our body goes through every night when we sleep. It's the stage in between REM sleep (dreaming). I thought a pure session of delta would only knock you out! Is it a pure delta session that you use, Mattman?

I don't feel sleepy at all when i'm using it,
