I've tried some doses lately but they havent worked so much and i dont really know if, to fill the effect, i need to stay calm lying with the eyes closed through out the whole dose and when i wake up I will feel the effect after it's done OR i have to do what i want while im listening to the dose and while it is playing i will feel the effect... please if you can help me reply

Yeah congratulations this isnt an introduction this is a person whining. anyway, you need practice to get the full effects. assuming you actually bought the dose, pirated doses won't work i dont feel like explaining why. so yeah keep trying and if you have the patience youll get results.
