Need help in clearing my mind

I've been trying I-doser for the last week and nothing seems to work except one. French Roast, I'm kinda afraid it might be the placebo effect. Then It popped into my head that my mind has trouble staying calm or thinking about nothing. I always end up daydreaming, do you have any suggestions for calming or clearing my mind.

You could try to Calm your mind with the dose "Calm Me" before doing the "real" dose.

This morning I tried the conditioner one before the real dose, that failed as well, but I'll give the calm me one a try. I was originally asking what do you think about, or how to get to the state of mind you need to be in.

i do this.. breath in as much as u can and breath out slowly (not 2 slow, not 2 fast).. i do this after i click "Play Dose" & sit / lay down comfortably.. if i start thinking about anything other than "soaking in the beats"... i breath in & out and count down from 100... sometimes i forget im counting... lol

conditioner? you mean condition. There is no dose that ill ever help you run a comb through your hair.

Don't think about nothing just relax clear your mind
