Isochronic Tones

That's it to my request. From what I've seen thus far, Brainsync only seems to use binaural beats. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't isochronic tones more efficient and more convenient, as one doesn't need to wear headphones while listening to them?

So why not implement both binaural beats and isochronic tones, together, into your "doses"?

I'm not even sure what isochronic tones are, and what they do, but it sounds like a good idea.

Iso tones ARE more efficient BUT they only last like 2 - 3 minutes after listening (and most effects happen while listening) Plus they give you a pulsing headache no matter the volume.

what about HBX (harmonic box x), monoaural, or a mix betwen HBX and Isochonics?

(HBX: 6 frequencies together no make 3 for the effect that you want)
(monoaural: no headhphones need!)
what about?

you are right. thats most likely why they didnt use them anyway.
and besides why cant people jsut lay there and relax. its refreshing to do it without i-doser.

hasnt anyone ever heard of meditation?
