I listened hand of god, and cocaine on my bed (no sleeping), but without effects.

I don't want to waste time, (because i listen the complete dose and i haven't feel nothing) so can a listen while i'm doing other things?
(like chating, or something on the pc)

No. Lay down with something over your eyes in a dark room with no distractions. Just you and the dose.
