This one gave me the worst headache of my life - no other effects.

Oh, and it made my BF mad at me, i had decided to go through all of the doses i have in alphabetical order,he didn't think that was a good idea.

trick is don't have your headphones so loud and make sure your area is very quiet and just listen to it as if it was a song. This mentality removes the affect of a headache.

I know how to dose, I've done others before. This is the only one to give me a headache. I've never seen a good report for this one, so.. meh.

well most people prefer the quickhappy dose mainly because it is shorter but it doesn't last as long. Just keep listening to it and eventually you will start to get effects. I had the same problem with Opium.
