How about a dose that helps (if not clears all the way) clear nasal congestions. Yes OR No?????!!!!!?!?!

that's not possible. brain activity and nasal congestion aren't really linked . I kinda wish it was, that'd be useful. I was thinking about one for nausea but I think the pain reliever doses might be for stuff like that

Closest thing you could really get is sonic pulses that you put near your sinuses to liquefy the mucus within, but that wouldn't really be binaural, it would just be resonance.

sorry for reviving an old topic but i must say that brainwave activity CAN clear nasal congestion
by rush of adrenaline, your nose gets cleared
i have experienced this myself many times when i got nasal congestion and someone or something scared the hell out of me, my nose suddenly gets clear
so my guess is that to some extent it would be possible by triggering an adrenaline rush
(by the way, idk about your countries but over here in belgium they have these pills called "Sinutab" that are supposed to clear nose congestion and they actually contain nothing more than paracetamol (painkiller) and pseudo-adrenaline

yes i agree psuedophedrine is a nasal decongestant.
pseudophedrine is also pseudo-adrenaline.
so by activating the adrenal gland with binaural beats it is completely possible to clear nasal congestion.
