Other than preventing the underlying causes, no method of preventing restless legs has been established or studied.
My legs twitching on their own is very annoying when trying to sleep(unless I am really really tired, it takes me at least 30 minutes fall in to sleep because of my leg)

Also when using the doser, while my entire upper body is stuck, my leg still feels normal because it has been constantly moving, which kills the whole thing.

I am not asking i-doser to pull off a miracle, but maybe brainwave stuffs can help with temporarily/longerm suppressing RLS?

i put up a request for Tramadol (ultracets).

Tramadol is a quasi-narcotic analgesic used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is a synthetic analog of codeine, but has a low binding affinity to the mu-opioid receptors. It has been prescribed off-label for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy and restless leg syndrome
