Marijuana Legalized in California?

the bill hasnt been passed... yet... the reason for the bill is to tax weed and charge shops to make the state money.. it also will allow police to focus on worse crimes..
OFCOURSE there are people that say it will be easier for kids to get it, they have tested kids in middle and highschool and over 50% have smoked weed and have access to it.. (me being 1 of them XP) they say it is a "POTENTIALY" dangerous drug.. how? idk.. isnt alcohol dangerous? make that illegal.. the damn plant is potentialy dangerous.. meaning the only dangers of it is choking on it if ur dumb enough to eat it
i believe the bill has 10 days to be passed or ruled out
