not dreaming and the lucid dream

if i dont dream very often how will lucid dream effect me?

everyone dreams on avrage 5 dreams a night we just dont remember them, if we remember them it simbolizes importance. But normally we dream for fun (dont deny it =P) and therefore normally dont remember them. I tried lucid dream and i couldnt fall asleep, that was the only problem for me.

oh i just read the description it says ill remember my dreams with it. i just finished downloading it so ill use it right now.

Lucid Dream helped me remember my dreams and made them VERY vivid too.
