I hear two sine wavforms, each one playing at a slightly difference frequency... And there's a noise waveform playing in the center.
The two tones sort of create a wave beat... Like it goes "woooOOOOOooooWOOOOoooooWOOOOOooooo" is that what you mean when you say 'beat'?

the binaural beat is something you wont hear. its created by those 2 different frequencies. you should hear the wooOOOOooo thing too and everything else you mentioned

We get too many people asking this question.
Your hearing the same thing me or Matt is hearing. Why would it be different?
Binaural beats are not in the sound, they are in your head. They are created as a result of the two differing frequencies that you are hearing. Take off one of your earbuds or headphones and you will hear that it just sounds like a hum.

really, to me just the whole thing.. don't try to "hear" one section trying to isolate one sound out of it all while just distract you from what you want..
i just listen to it and if i am having trouble focusing i count backwards from a high 3 digit number when i feel a great effect i slow the counting down and enjoy it..
