Questions about Rest.

I have a couple question about the reset doser.

First of all What happens if u reset and your already in a normal state of mind?

Also if u listen to a 5 min clip and nothing happens to you and u close it, does that mean you still have to reset?


Do you HAVE to reset or will your brain go back to normal by itself eventually?

it will go back to normal by itself after 2 hours. and i dont think the 5min clip will be to bad because the first few minutes prepare your brain to usually an alpha state. they just dont suggest trying one after another

i did quickhappy, then french roast, then nitrous (which never worked so far), then Trip. all worked great except nitrous. Trip was good even though i interupted it twice. it was awesome .

i forgot my point. I didnt use reset so far at all. I started i-doser yesterday and never felt the need to use reset at all.
