I do everything it tells me im supose to do. i have read almost every post on the forum.. I relax, I bought quility over ear headphone, i bought doses, and all the works but still very little effect. the most i feel is a very little bit of euphoria and my legs tingle.

anyway to answer your question, unlike this douchebag above me, I would suggest to just keep on trying with i-doser. There are various measures you can take. ex; make sure the room is as dark as possible, make everything comfortable, eliminate possible distractions, and when you have your eyes closed, really focus on the beats and let all other thoughts pass. I would also reccomend using the "condition" dose which, according to description, was specifically designed to help bring results with other doses. I used it with much success.

Oh well, don't worry about it. I was just kinda bored of answering the same questions that everyone asks.

Well Blood, i don't think the answer "just keep trying" is a good enough answer for why it is not working. Maybe people should actually answer the questions instead of beating around the bush.
