Getting Back Into Doses

So it's been a while since I've dosed or posted, and I don't remember which doses I've tried or used frequently so I have a few questions.
-Which are some easy to use doses when I'm bored at 8:30 at night (Usually when I get home)?
-I have a pretty short attention span for these things, so should I try Quick Hits, or suck it up and go for the full dose?
-Is Condition necessary to use before dosing, or does it just help you get in the right mind set? I'm not about to drop $3.00 for something that I can mimic the effect of from controlled breathing.
Well I know you guys probably get these questions a lot and I'm not the only one, sorry for the inconvenience to anyone and thank you for the people who do end up helping
