Doesn't Open?

Whenever I try to A) Install I-Doser or B) Open I-Doser it freezes. I have tried running as admin, and that doesn't work either. Any ideas?

Have you used it sucessfully before?
Are you using a Mac?
Is it v 4.5?

Perhaps anti virus is blocking it from running?

It's on Windows Vista. I turned off AV and firewall and it still freezes for like 20min.
