Create sticky 'how to use dose'and 'first dose recommend'

i am missing something but why these are not sticky topics for the Idose forum sections i don't know

it seems that these are the most common questions asked by newbies
and someone usually like to yell do a search

well if we had sticky topics "how to use an idose successfully" and
'recommend a first dose for beginner" in plain obvious language like that there might be less wasted space
