A dose that is specifically made for having extreme laughter for the duration of the dose. Maybe you and your friends are just "chillin" and are bored.
Just hook up the headphones and get to cracking up!!!
Seems like it would be fairly easy to make. Why not?

I'm pretty sure Nitrous does this.

sounds good, but it should be a short one (5-10 min.)
