I-Doser kinda "stuck" in my brain. Help

It's been a long time since I last used I-Doser. Probably 2-3 years. I tested alot of different doses. I can't remember the names, but I used some of the stronger ones aswell. I usually got strong effects from them, like eyelids blinking really fast, heart pumping, white lightning blinking in my head and different "sensations". Sometimes I got so scared I just had to stop.
Everytime when I used I-Doser I usually focused really hard on the sounds, and tried to "visualate" them moving through my brain. As when you play a song in Windows Media Player, you can choose different visualizations that will shift shape according to the tones. Like in Windows Media Player I used to imagine this in my head, making visualization which moved and shaped depending on the sounds I heard.
After I stopped using I-Doser, I could still get the effect. I found out one night when I was in my bed, ready to go to sleep. I tried to focus like I usually do when listening to I-Doser, but this time without the sounds. And yes, I could get some of the effects. Eyelids blinking, semi "sensation" in lack of a better word and slightly increase in heart beat.
Until now, this have not been a problem, because it would be up to me if I wanted this or not, since I had to focus to get this. But lately, I have gotten a full "I-Doser effect" when smoking weed for example, which has really made me rocket high. Which scared me pretty good the first time.
Now, this isn't really a problem either, since I've learned to controll it.
One time I smoked weed friday. And on saturday night, I was ready for bed. I layed down and a sound was stuck in my head. It sounded like an dose, (I can't recall what dose) but I tried not to focus on it, since I was tired. As I was slowly falling to sleep, it suddently kicked it. I got the blinking eyelids and a white flashing light in my head, which scared me good and I was awake and couldn't sleep again.
Now just to test it out, I tried focusing on the sound in my head, like I would on an dose and it really felt like the extacy dose.
This has happened 2-3 times before also, when I've been going to sleep. But these times I couldn't hear the sound, so I thought it was something else. Specially scary was one time I was going to sleep, and suddently my hearth started pounding really fast.
Now I don't use any other drugs then weed (casually), like 4-5 times a month. I'm mentally healthy and I don't suffer from panic attacks etc. I do not have heart problems as I've checked blood pressure etc at the doctor. I'm in fairly good shape and work out on a regular basis.
I'm aware of the fact that brainwaves do reset. In the start I thought me managing to get this effect without listening to I-Doser was something I was just imagining, some kinda Placebo. But over time, since the effects where to strong, I put that idea to the side. Now I'm gonna try to reset dose, and see where that can lead me.
I'm terribly sorry for this being such a long post, but I really hope I can get some tips, help, input or some opinions on this matter. I really want to get rid of this.
And no, I'm not crazy
