Am I astral projecting? Experience, help.

[Super Sm1th]

I did the Out of Body track about 1/3 the way in or so, I started feeling strong connections in my body. Then I slowing starting to feel numb and like I'm drifting away, and I get this massive feeling like my veins are being pulled out until I can't move and can't even feel my bed I am laying on. I stay like that for about 5 minutes, until I get to point I can feel myself like I am not in myself this point, I started flying through a field of black space with green and light blue colors flaring up, I am not feeling myself I am just flying. Then all of a sudden, the dose starts to slow down and I'm reversing slowly til the point I can feel my bed and move my body then it ends. I slowly get up (because I heard of a jolt), walk around and for a while then go back to within minutes I fall asleep and have the most vivid dream of my life.
It was amazing experience, life changing no doubt.
