I keep wandering off...

Ok, so I tried a few doses this week, and I was wondering if this happens to anyone else because it is kind of annoying... About halfway through the doses (most of them are 30 minutes long) I notice that I stop hearing the brainwaves and as soon as I notice this I start hearing them again. It's like I keep wandering off, but I try focusing as hard as I can. I still feel the effects, probably not as strong, but still, this gets really annoying. I feel like I am falling asleep but I am trying to stay awake. It feels kind of similar to when you are tired and you try to keep your eyes open but they close by themselves. So yeah, I was just wondering if anyone else feels this way and if so, how do you prevent it from happening?

How do you stop hearing I-Doser..? It's like listening to music, you don't really even need to focus that much.

You know you don't have to really focus on the actual binaural beats, you just have to focus on what you're hearing. Just listen, relax, and remember that you don't have to try that hard. The feelings you get from I-Doser come naturally. All you have to do is be able to hear it.

Yeah I know what you're talking about, it's a little annoying. Though I dont know if it actually matters... maybe you don't need to focus on it at all, as long as the soundwaves are vibrating your eardrums they will affect your brain. Moderator? What do you say?

I don't concentrate on the beats, I just don't concentrate on anything at all. I just lay there and relax. If you still aren't getting effects and stuff, have the lights on. Put a little mark on the wall and just stare at that the whole time. And don't think of anything else.

I recently found out that it's actually better if you try not to focus too hard on the binaural beats, just get yourself into a relaxed and receptive state. Really as long as you can just hear it you'll receive effects.

Oh, I thought you had to focus on them and like think about them.
