ASTRAL question

Is ASTRAL the best idose to listen to if you want an Out of body experience because I have listened to it three times and I didnt really feel anything but I think it is because I fell asleep.

I know there is an out of body dose I was just wondering which one is the strongst because have tried idoser like 40 or 50 times and the only one that has worked was lsd (but I also recently just learned that you need to lay perfecty still and if u have to itch something you DONT do it)

If any one could help that would be great because I really want this to work for me
