How long does it last + more?

Let's say I'm "wasted" off my ass from adderall for example, after the dose is complete, can I stand up and continue on with my life and still feel the effects and if so, how long do the effects last?
I've heard you can take multiple doses at once, is this true and if so, is it worth it?
Can I import these onto my Ipod so I can get bombed before classed (assuming question one was what I was hoping it was).?
I was using alcohol from the trial period of I-Doser and about 50-60% through the dose I felt giddy and childish and I started being weird, I can't explain it. However, I straightened myself out and began continuing on with my "normal" self after about 90% because it felt like simply placebo. Of course, I was at the computer browsing so, yeah.
