I have try`d 3 different headphones, but i never had any effect, does anybody know what iam doing wrong??
I have try`d cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, french roast and sleep angel.

Are you doing things while listening to it?

Try turning off the lights, sit back and relax and do absolutely nothing while listening to it.

Are you supposed to keep you eyes closed or open?

you don't have to close you eyes but it might help i mean everyone person is different some people i talked to says it works best just listening to it like its a background noise some people focus nothing but the sound so it basically all depends
