i want to increase my ESP

i'm new round here.. so i just read my horoscope today?.. and it said that 10th of august is gonna be a great day to start things. and since i wanted to try binaural isochronic and monaural beats i thought maybe this is the right time.

let meee?.. try to make this a bit clear - i don't care much about relaxation meditation or other stuff. i want to increase my ESP as much as possible thru these acoustic methods. that's all. so does anybody know where do i start? btw.. i also read there are DANGERS associated with these methods. like low frequency carrier waves for binaurals which increase the effect but also cause problems or dangerous frequencies? i'm really new so all help is appreciated. i really want to start on 10 so i reckon there's not much time left. talking about frequencies - i got a chart of them for binaural beats but i don't really understand much.. where do i get a trusted software which can generate those exact frequencies? i also read that using binaurals for a long time can make the mind imune to them over time. soo?.. how does this exactly work man..

second, no dose is going to increase your capability to do something impossible.

I would try Brain+, i have personally never tried it. Im pretty sure thats what your looking for and by the way there is no "Dangers" the worst thing is a 5 minute headache but its nothing a advil couldn't fix.
