Do i have to stay still when i listen to this?

Do i need to keep my eyes shut while listening?

How loud should i have the "music"?

1. You can't (or shouldn't) make any other sounds that can break the Brainwave simulation. I guess you can move but NO other sound.

2. It's more relaxing closing your eyes. If you don't do it, you'll just think about thing you see

3. Keep it as loud as you can take!
