I havent been able to project but im working on it but when i do finally project i know ill have to get used to the floating and walk through walls part but say i walk into a demon.. how do i get rid of it i know ill be scared when i first look at it but i tend to be small yet very mighty so ill get over the fear of it quick yet what do i do? and if i wanna go back into my body how do i do it, andif i need a spirit guid how do i call one?

i haven't astral projected yet and i work very hard on it. I bought 2 doses Out of body and Astral one i dont know which one works better dough :S :S :S. For the demon thing i reed that you only need to image protective shield around you and thats it. And if you wanna get back to your body just concentrate on a silver cord that connects your body and soul.

Btw which dose are you using?
