I was wondering, how long do I have to listen to each of these Doses to take effect? Could I just listen to them five minutes each to take effect or does it have to be the full twenty minutes?

before you use any dose listen to Condition, than the dose you want. Use Reset only between two doses, if you dont want to combine the effects.
Condition before any dose helps your brain to get ready for the comming dose, listen to the whole dose because it gots its reason why its 20 mins. ; )

You should concentrate on it...haven't you read the I-Dosing Guide?
