Has anyone got any good advice on using the Chakra dose? I dont think it can be as simple as just listening to the frequencies, it must involve some visualization of the chakras or something. Also, what should I expect to experience during the dose?

Which is a good trippy dose to start on? There are loads and I cant decide.

Can someone tell me how long the effects are supposed to last? Is it just for the duration of the dose? Or do you take the dose then feel the effects for a while after its finished?
