Close to it. The alcohol pretty much gave me the same effect as a real dose of alcohol. All it gave me was a little bit of "fluttery" sight. Oh, but I did seem to smell the alcohol around me...even though there was none. So I got a false sense of smell, and fluttery sight, but that was it.
