How do you guys go about doing it? Do you just lay down and close your eyes? Or do you just simply listen to the track while browsing the web?

When I lay down and close my eyes, I often find myself drifting off to sleep, and then waking to feeling nothing.

I tried it last night, and my heart started to race. The only other really noticeable thing was that my bed felt like it was shaking.
