now i'm getting error 62 message...the read only is unchecked and yes, I did pay for these. Any advice?

I downloaded i-doser then purchased a few doses. I've restarted my computer a couple of times but the purchased doses don't end up associated when I "open" the doses. I have the files but can't use them. Any help would be appreciated.
