i got the effect and i fell asleep listneing to it

did almost all of em while i was smokin some j....all it does is trip you out....but maybe i did it wrong...never know...

I would like to say that I didnt exactly follow the rules to achieving the full effects of the dose but I for certainly saw something....i turned the lights out in my room and layed on my bed in my boxers counting down from 100....i slowely but surely fell into a sleep....the dream or image or scene...
