i have tried Kava now and it was really awesome i don't kidding it make me feel dizzy after it finished but it was an Excellent dizzy and every thing in my body was numbing oh shit i can't write

You should close you eyes and stay still (no move) and thats will be good and dont try to open your eyes while you listening to the dose

that is one reason for headaches the reason is (you are new) onlllllllly training is good for you and dont take many doses at a short time you should wait 3-4 hours between each dose

The headphones are good but 2-3 minutes can not do any thing for you of course no effects (to take the dose you should stay for the last second and close your eyes.........e.t.c that is not easy (lol)
