Yep its true.. every time I take a dose I fall asleep... I turn off the lights,close my eyes and listen to the dose trying to concentrate on the dose.. but every time I just fall asleep even if its for a few minuts.. then when I wake up, no effect :( Maybe I should not turn off the lights? or maybe ...
