You guys are focusing too hard :D that was my problem.. i was focusing on the wrong things. i tried many different methos, such as making the beats like waves, focusing on the static, ignoring the static, centering the beats into one sound inbetween the tones, etc. what i found finally worked though...

while doing the dose, relax everything possible, and get yourself into a near sleep state. the whole time im listening to a dose i picture that the sounds are all around me in the room, or at least all around my head. i dont really "focus" too hard on the sounds. just the thought of them b...

i'm very impressed. I'm finally getting the full effects 100% of the time. I think my problems was that i was trying to focus and "center" the beats.. Now I just sit back, relax, and feel them as if they are around my head or around me in the room, and it works every time. Very very satisf...
