i have heard of people who do this often freaking out at 1000 mg. i hear 350 is a good dose for first time if you're average healthy weight. also depends on age, because obviously a 13 year old would not be able to handle a plateau 4 or 5 experience as well as a 25 year old. but i reccomend under 60...
