um.... will having music in the background while doing a dose affect it? It gives you something to focus on and doesn't exactly tamper with the dose?

I also think that when i become lucid im going to fall through the floor and hit my body with full force and end up dying or something like that.

i remember dreams from when i was little but now i am lucky to have remembered a dream. I think it is because i dont think i can have a dream so i just sleep and wake up.
